The sphere of my professional interests includes animation, creation of the artist's books, painting, ceramics, mosaics, frescoes, theater.
ANIMATION
I have done animation for such films as "Rezo" about Rezo Gabriadze (directed by Levan Gabriadze, 2018)
and "Mitya's Love" (directed by Svetlana Filippova, 2018)
and worked as one of artists on the film "The Nose or the Conspiracy of Mavericks" (directed by Andrey Khrzhanovsky, 2020)

"The Nose or the Conspiracy of Mavericks" has been longlisted for the Oscars, has received the Best Animation Film Award at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival and had been nominated for the Best Animation Film by the European Film Academy
Rezo
Among many others “Rezo” received the Best Independent Documentary Film Award at the Paris International Film Festival and the Best Animation Film Award at the Brisbene International Film Festival
Mitya’s Love
“Mitya’s Love” has been awarded at the Etiuda & Anima Festival in Krakow, at the Monstra Lisbon Animation Festival, and at the Rochester Animation Film Festival
I have also made animated projections for
the "Rezo" multimedia exhibition in the Museum of Moscow and
for the multimedia 'Slovo' Centre for Slavic Writing of the VDNH Museum.
I have received the Grand Prix at the Animator FEST - European Youth Festival of Animated Films in Serbia.
EXHIBITIONS
For the last five years I have been regularly organizing exhibitions for other artists and have been participating in many exhibitions myself with my paintings, ceramics and digital works. I am interested in the exploration of how art can work within different spaces and how ancient art techniques can be used today – for example, in 2020 I had an exhibition at the old greenhouse at the Tsytsin Botanical Garden in Moscow where I showcased my multimedia works (ceramics, woodwork, mosaics, frescoes) dedicated to the theme of a locked, secret garden in European culture in the setting of an abandoned botanical garden.
For the last three years I have been studying painting from the famous Moscow artist Irina Zatulovskaya. Together we have been making art and animation projects and and participating in exhibitions. In painting I use natural pigments and soils I find in my journeys.
CERAMIC
I am experimenting with combining ceramics with other media - mosaics, frescoes, and enamel on copper. Now I am moving towards monumental spatial objects that could exist in the natural context.
THEATER
I work with subject theater and make small manual and mechanical theatres using different materials: wood, ceramics, metal and stone.
TEACHING
At various times, I worked at the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Moscow, the GULAG History Museum and the animation studio "Animation Tseh". I give lectures on the performative aspects of the Byzantine art and the spatio-temporal concepts of the ancient Russian icons for artists.
I am the founder and the curator of the educational online project for artists "Tseh Knigi". The courses of the "Tseh Knigi" are attended by artists from all over the world.
